Step through the front door into this magnificent and immaculate glass home. Situated on the green belt, overlooking the bubbling river, you are drawn into this beauty. This house feels like it’s almost completely made of glass, allowing for ample natural light. Ultra modern, spacious and sleek, the entrance is down a passageway and immediately on entering you are faced with the split level. Down a few stairs to the living area and up a few stairs to the bedrooms. The living area is open plan with a gas fireplace in the lounge. Lovely lights add ambience. The kitchen overlooks the living area and has a generous centre island with gas stove. A separate scullery makes for a neater living area. The patio overlooking the pool has a built in braai. A little wine cellar is hidden under the stairs, and a guest toilet serves the living area. Upstairs leads to the main bedroom on right via a little passage way with glass sides, overlooking the living area below, and adding to the feeling of space. The master suite is almost completely glass enclosed with high steel beams and has a balcony overlooking the river, and a spacious dressing room. To the left of the stairs is a walk-in linen cupboard, and three more rooms, two of which overlook the river and have a rustic looking face-brick wall papered feature wall. The third room is large and has an en-suite bathroom and built in vanity. Another bathroom serves the other two rooms. The curtains will remain for convenience. All the upstairs rooms have air conditioners. This home has complete back up power with 10 solar panels and an inverter. Gas is prepaid and on-line, electricity prepaid. The domestic quarters have a kitchenette, and if possible the helper, who currently works Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays could stay-on, as can the gardener who works one day a week at the moment on Mondays. These would be for the Tenants expense. Disclaimer: Whilst every care has been taken in the preparation of this listing we cannot be held responsible for any errors/omissions that may occur.
