OUTDOOR SPACE AND INFINITY POOL

Three openings of glass doors flow to the exterior living spaces with the middle one folding away completely with a span of 14 feet (4.25 meters). The expansive covered terraces have a teak dining table for 10 people and 2 custom wood sofas plus 1 love seat with comfortable cushions. Plus a small high-top table with chairs and an additional pair of oversized chairs with cushions. All solid wood and all custom made for these specific spaces.

The infinity-pool is tiled with individual 4×4 inch (10×10 cm) pieces of marble. The pool deck is tiled with a local coralina that is textured for anti-slip and also does not get hot in the sun. The robust solid concrete columns are also encased with the same corolina tiles for an enhanced aesthetic. Below the pool is a hot tub with Royal Veta stone tile and ergonomically designed seating for 10 people. A teak and stone outdoor shower can be closed off for privacy and ideal for rinsing off when coming from the beach.

The rancho outdoor covered BBQ and bar area is fully equipped for the ultimate in entertaining. BBQ grill and cook top with stainless steel fridge, sink and Guapinol hardwood slab bar top plus solid wood bar stools. The Palmex roof material is long lasting synthetic palm thatch allowing for the tropical look; while eliminating the upkeep of replacing thatch palm material every couple years.

5 BEDROOMS AND 5 BATHROOMS

Casa Bambú is equipped with 4 principal suites all identical in size, but each unique in theme, color tones, and detailed finishes. All the bedrooms have a king size bed, air conditioning, walk in closets, and unique ventilation that can be opened for natural airflow or closed when using the A/C. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms complete with shower and soaking tub.
