Set on a quiet and quaint country lane, this storybook farmhouse in one of the island’s most venerable neighborhoods recalls the spirit of early 1900’s Eagledale. Inspired by a romantic French vision, custom window casements capture the serene grounds & Eagle Harbor’s waters while every finish material reflects a warm texture. Designed by renowned architect Peter Brachvogel and crafted by the precise and meticulous Dave Tripp, only the highest-grade materials were sourced for long-lasting quality: custom windows, double hot-dipped nails, stainless flashing, veneer plywood and hand-cut Douglas Fir rafters. Seasonal waterfall on the property and nearby public beach access ensure this inviting atmosphere is a retreat from the busy modern era.
