The Baslerhof is a well-maintained residential and commercial building, one of the few remaining historic examples of the Gellert district. Built in 1903, the villa features a striking mansard roof, a magnificent neo-baroque fa?ade, numerous atmospheric rooms, a modern extension built in 1974 and a historic coach house with garage, which can be converted into additional offices, studios or guest apartments. There are several supermarkets, original shops and excellent restaurants within walking distance of the City Villa. The entrance to the Old Town at St. Alban's Gate is just a few minutes' walk away, or you can take the tram to the centre and Kleinbasel. Prominently situated on a town square, Baslerhof has two addresses, making it particularly suitable for a prestigious company headquarters. However, the villa could just as easily be transformed into a spacious family home. Use as an apartment block is also conceivable. We would be delighted to show you this property in person. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing, please do not hesitate to contact us.
