Villa bearing the signature of the famous 20th century architect Aldo Rossi, testifying to the solid professional relationship between the master, Renzo Piano's famous contemporary Italian architect, and the Alessi dynasty, producers of objects for the design home. The architect Aldo Rossi wanted to give the property, from the street side, an impenetrable character, using a massive wall surface that has, as the only opening, an imposing door supported by two granite columns. The central structure of this Villa Lago Maggiore emerges in its classic style interrupted only by the overlapping of three loggias with terracotta balustrades, thus allowing you to admire the lake from every corner of the house. This Lake Maggiore villa is spread over four floors. From the granite entrance door, you enter the double living room with direct access to the park, facing the lake. On the first floor you will be fascinated by the terrace which is accessed from both the dining room and the living room, from where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake; on the same level, a large kitchen and a bathroom. The third floor is dedicated to the master bedroom: half of the floor is used as a bedroom; in the rest there is a double marble bathroom and a walk-in closet. On the top floor is the sleeping area: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and a study. Finally, in the garden, on which the villa stands, a wooden terrace overlooking the water was created where you can organize aperitifs at sunset with a surprising lake view. Obviously, in such a unique and comfortable house, a berth could not be missing: included in the property, there is in fact a private dock for the shelter of your boat.
