COMFORTABLE CAMP ON 7 ACRES - Looking for some creature comforts when you are camping out in the White Mountains? Come find your place! The camp is on a private road and you enter towards the top of the acreage and drive up the clearing to Vacation Home Base. You bring the groceries and supplies into the kitchen where the large camp refrigerator will store groceries for the week. Deciding if it will be cooktop, oven, microwave or grill on the deck for dinner will be a tough call but you will be up for the challenge. Maybe a glass of wine or a beer on the deck to unwind before settling in for the evening. If it is raining, you can head into the family room and stream your favorite shows. Right now the cabin is fed by a spring that gravity flows to the dug well adjacent to the camp. There is also a drilled well in place down the hill, with pipes and electric underground, needing a pump to be installed to make operational. Drilled or dug well, you can take a hot shower at this camp as you please. The facilities has a compostable toilet. When you are ready for some sound sleep, head upstairs, the primary bedroom is equipped with blackout wooden shutters, so your last decision of the day is leave them open to get up early, or shut them so you can sleep in. There is a second bedroom upstairs and the shed outside would be ideal to convert into a bunk house. If you decide this could be your year round home, adding a septic or building expansion could be excellent options.
