35 Stag Gulch Court is a jewel in the Founder's Preserve neighborhood, just inside the gates of The Ranch at Cordillera. The first neighborhood to be developed on The Ranch, Founder's Preserve was designed with large homesites, premier views and quick access to the front gate, Golf Clubhouse and TimberHearth restaurant and bar. 35 Stag Gulch has been completely renovated to reflect a warm, fashionable, mountain contemporary residence, including a new roof. There are 3 primary suites, a guest suite and a children's wing with a ''Secret Room'' for indoor play. The family room on the lower level incorporates a fireplace and TV area with a pool table and bar, making it a favorite place to gather. The extensive outdoor landscaping features custom stone patios, recirculating stream and small pond, outdoor fire pit and a private patio area for the hot tub. The aspen grove below the home is a resting place for the Cordillera elk herd that visits regularly. In the summer, the patios and balconies are awash with flowers making the outdoor areas perfect for entertaining. The upgrades and renovations include: gorgeous leathered quartzite, tile work and new subzero and Thermadore appliances in the kitchen. An air tub, quartzite countertops and stone floors were added to the primary bathroom. Wood floors were added in the master bedroom and a new fireplace with stacked stone fireplace surround was also added in the primary bedroom. Stacked stone was also added to the study along with new wood floors. All the lighting and electrical systems throughout the house were updated and the chandeliers and sconces throughout the home were custom designed and created. Finally, quartzite was added to the laundry room countertops and California Closets re-did all the closets throughout.
